How It Works
We give you a secure method to transfer files between you and your clients. For example, say you need to send a file to your accountant.
- Set up your accountant as a client and enter his user name, password and e-mail address.
- Upload the file to our servers specifying that it is to be downloaded by your accountant only. The file is compressed and encrypted automatically.
- Tell your accountant his user name and password and where to go to sign in and retrieve the file (e.g. www.CalComp.net).
That's it!
Users and Clients
As a user, you can set up as many clients as you want. When your client logs in, she will only see the files that you have specified for her to download. And yes, you can assign more than one file to a client and more than one client to a file.
Getting Started
To begin, register as a user by submitting the form on the Sign up page. Then you will be directed to add one or more clients. Finally, upload one or more files and assign the clients who are allowed to log in and download the files (the appropriate clients must have been added first). We will automatically notify the client that there is a file available for her to download.
Change User Information
You can change your user information anytime after logging in. You can add, change and remove your client information anytime as well. Your clients can only download files; they cannot change their client information.
Close Your User Account
You may choose to terminate your user account at any time by logging in and selecting "Close my account". All of your information (including client information and client files) will be deleted immediately if your subscription has expired or marked inactive until your subscription expires.
